Privacy, in plain English
What we store
Your email address (to sign you in). For each child: first name, optional school name and year group. The timetable grid you check and save, the summaries made from planners, and the email addresses you choose to send them to. No surnames, no dates of birth.
What we don't store
Timetable photos and planner PDFs. They're read on your device; a timetable photo is sent once to the AI to read it, then discarded. Raw planner text is not saved – only the finished summary.
Why
Only to make and send your child's planner summary, and to let you look back at past ones.
Where
In a secure cloud database where row-level security means only your account can see your data. Emails are sent through Resend. AI reading is done by Lovable AI; only the parts of the planner relevant to your child's subjects are sent.
Analytics
We never use children's data for analytics, advertising or training.
How to delete
Delete one child (and everything linked to them) from their History page. Delete your whole account from the Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
